What does a DJ do for your wedding ceremony?

TERMS & CONDITIONS
TRAVEL:
A travel fee will be charged for venues located 30 miles or more away from Greenville, SC ( or Charlotte, NC if the client has one of our Charlotte team members booked ).
The travel fee is calculated at a rate of $0.67 per mile for each mile beyond the 30-mile radius.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
For events located more than 90 miles from Greenville, SC, hotel accommodations may be required for our employees & or contractors, depending on the circumstances and logistics of the event.
DESTINATION EVENTS:
For events or weddings that qualify as destination events (taking place beyond 150 miles from Greenville, SC), additional fees reimbursements may apply if certain services are needed.
These services may include but are not limited to :
Round-trip airfare
A minimum of a three-day and two-night hotel stay ( or more if necessary )
Car or van rentals
Taxi services
Meal reimbursements
The need for these services will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process, and the associated fees will be determined accordingly.

TAXES / PROCESSING
We adhere to all South Carolina & Federal tax laws.
Clients are responsible for any applicable credit card processing fees.
Clients may pay by check if they would prefer to not incur credit card processing fees.
Taxes may apply if there is a service that also delivers a product
(such as ,but not limited to, Physical-Format Video's , Foam LED tubes, etc.)
